After all those questions!!!!! Think I overdid the cinnamon though...it looks much browner than it was at your place. Also, it tastes a little bit flourier......maybe I mixed it too much.
But it's still nice!!! Hurray!!! And G likes it too. :-) Thanks for the recipe again, Sami, and June, for your patience and answering all my questions. This would really go great with coffee. :-) Thanks again, guys!

Hey Codfish, this is merely the first attempt. Should keep it up! The pie looks allright, maybe it's just had a little too much 'sun tan'? :p
I remember my first few attempts weren't that successful either. It's either too floury, or lumpy (looks somewhat uncooked when you slice it up).
Giving the batter a thorough mixing in fact should bring a better outcome. That's what I've discovered lately. Maybe the next time I bake again, I should take note of the time for mixing.
