Ingredients
- 38g Palm sugar
- 36g Lime juice
- 42g Fish sauce
- 135g Green papaya
- 75g Cherry tomatoes
- 15g Dried shrimps (roasted)
- 30g Peanuts (roasted)
- 36g String beans
- 6g Bird's-eye chillies
- 10g Garlic
- Mix chilli and garlic in mortar and pound slightly.
- Add cherry tomatoes, string beans and season with palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.
- Keep pounding and add green papaya
- Toss until well mixed.
- Add dried shrimps and peanuts and keep tossing and pounding until well mixed.
- Serve right away.
Best served with Thai sticky rice , cabbage, morning glory or string beans.
