Ingredients
- 1 cup Salted butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Icing/powdered sugar
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in an electric mixer for a few minutes until the honey butter turns fluffy and the colour turns from golden to a light cream shade.
- Serve at room temperature. Goes well with any freshly-baked bread, cornbread or pancakes.
