Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 6 dl* Milk
- 3 dl* Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dl* Butter
Method:
- For the batter, mix eggs and milk together. Then add flour, sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Let batter rise for 30mins. If in a hurry, you could start cooking.
- Place a small knob of butter in a hot pan, spread evenly, then pour a thin layer of batter onto hot pan. Repeat the buttering process after every pancake.
- Brown pancake on both sides for approximately 2mins until crispy.
- Serve hot with sugar sprinkles and lemon, or jam of your choice, or plain.
*dl = desilitre (Amounts to one tenth of a litre. 3 desilitre amounts to 1 full cup.)
