Ingredients
1 cup Salted butter
2/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup Icing/powdered sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk in an electric mixer for a few minutes until the honey butter turns fluffy and the colour turns from golden to a light cream shade.
Serve at room temperature. Goes well with any freshly-baked bread, cornbread or pancakes.
